Hamare daily life me many tips hain jinko follow karke ham fit and healthy reh sakte hain. Jisse hame viral disease se kafi had tak protection mil jaati hai lekin ham un small tips par dhyaan nahi dete hai.

Jaise meri dadi kehhti thi ki daily morning me copper (tambe) ke bartan me raat ka rakha hua paani peene se body me banne wale harmful toxin khatm ho jaate hain. But aajkal plastic ke zamane me ham copper use karna hi bhul gaye hain.

Early morning me warm lemon water (gunguna nimbu paani) peene ke kai fayde hote hain. Jisme se lemon water ke kuchh fayde me aapko batata hun.

Hamari body me daily toxin bante hain  jinhe hame exit karna jaruri hota hai. But ham iske liye kuchh bhi nahi karte hain. Is toxin ko door karne ke liye hame daily bas morning me khali pet warm lemon water peena hai. 

Lemon acidic hota hai lekin ye alkaline ka bhi rich source hai jisse ye hamari body Ph ka balance banane me help karta hai.

Agar aap body weight ko kam karne ko lekar pareshan hai or exercise ya  workout bhi nahi karna chahte hain toh hot lemon water aapke liye best medicine hai. 

Lemon me 'Pactin' naam ka soluble fibre hota hai jo warm water ke saath dissolve ho jaata hai or hamari body ke extra fat ko kam kar deta hai. Daily morning me aap tea ki jagah par hot lemon water pina  start kijiye aapko mahine bhar me hi fark mehsus ho jayega.
