rahegi.

direct effect hamari body par padhta hai. Isliye hame paani ke saath

toh daily yoga or exercise karne ki aadat jarur daale. Exercise karne
se hamari puri body me blood circulation sahi hota hai jiska effect

jaati hai or kasawat aa jaati hai.
Exercise ya yoga ke liye aapko jyaada time dene ki bhi jarurat nahi
hai agar aap daily 15 minute bhi exercise karte hain toh iska asar
aapko apne chehre par dikhne lagega.

4. Scrubbing face par kasawat laane ke liye bahut hi best option hai.
Scrubbing ko ham ghar or parlour par bhi jaakar kar sakte hain.

kar sakte hain. Ya fir aap ghar par bhi natural product jaise honey ka
use karke bhi scrub pack bana sakte hain. Ya fir chehre par bhaap
dekar bhi ham chehre par kasawat laa sakte hain.

5. Iske alawa chehre par kasawat laane ke liye dhup se jarur bache.
Agar dhup me kahin jaana bhi padhe toh sunscreen ka use jarur kare ye
dhup se hone wale nuksaan se skin ko bachane me bahut help karte hain.
